The story of "Skylanders Imaginators" begins a long time ago, when the Ancients created everything in Skylands with a mysterious power called 'Spirit Magic'. The power gave them the power to create anything they imagined! Of course, in the wrong hands, the power could be very dangerous. And so it was kept in a safe place so that it would never be misused. Unfortunately, Kaos has discovered the ancient secret and uses the power of spirit magic for his evil purposes. He wants to create an army of unstoppable Doomlanders, creatures as dark and powerful as Skylands has ever seen! Now it's up to the Portal Masters to use the power of their imagination to create their own Skylanders - called Imaginators - and stop Kaos and his Doomlanders. To help them train, Eon sends the greatest mystical warriors of all time to assist them: the Sensei!

Customised Skylanders - For the first time, you can bring your own creations to life and create your own Skylanders - called Imaginators. With endless creation options for powers, abilities, spells, appearance and more, you can let your imagination run wild or let the game randomly generate your new creations.

Creation Crystals - "Skylanders Imaginators" introduces a new toy, the Creation Crystal. With it, you can create your Skylanders and transport them to the console anytime, anywhere! Creation Crystals are assigned to the elements. Portal Masters can create one character per Creation Crystal.

The power of the Sensei - The Skylanders series is full of interesting characters that you will love. In "Skylanders Imaginators" you will meet new star guests, the so-called Sensei. The Sensei include twenty new characters and eleven former villains. Each Sensei is the master of one of ten powerful fighting classes (e.g. knight, wizard, boxer and others).

As masters of these fighting classes, only the Sensei can use Sky Chi - the ultimate super move of each class. Sensei Skylanders have a master-disciple relationship with the newly created Imaginator Skylanders. In-game, the Sensei can therefore unlock unique weapons for the Imaginators, increase the Imaginators' level caps, open up access to special play areas and unlock new secret techniques for Imaginators of the same class.

New story and game content - "Skylanders Imaginators" features a brand new, adventurous, funny and enchanting storyline with fun new characters and, of course, familiar favourites from the series. The game offers a varied, dynamic, story-based gaming experience focussing on the power of imagination, inspiration and excitement of children as they create their new superheroes - all in numerous exciting new environments.

In addition, "Skylanders Imaginators" supports local co-op multiplayer games. You can place two creation crystals, two play figures or even a combination of crystals and play figures on the Magic Portal to make the game even more exciting!
