Shipping Costs

If shipping costs apply, they are net prices plus the applicable VAT.

For orders with a net merchandise value of less than €50, shipping within Germany costs €4.99.

For international shipping within the EU, shipping costs are €14.99 if the net merchandise value is below €150.

For shipments to the United Kingdom, a shipping fee of €29.99 applies for orders with a net value below €2,000. For orders above €2,000 net, ak tronic Software & Services will cover the shipping costs.

Delivery to the United Kingdom is made according to DAP (Delivered at Place). The buyer is responsible for customs clearance costs. The export declaration via ATLAS is handled by ak tronic Software & Services GmbH.

We deliver our products within the European Union and to the United Kingdom.

Delivery Time

As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider (DHL) by our dispatch department, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code. This allows you to track the shipping status of your order online at any time.

The tracking code is also available in your customer account. This way, you always know where your shipment is currently located.
